Hiep Luong was very patient with us as we test drove the car. Unfortunately, I was also picky about the color and only wanted white - well the only white Pilot was 4 cars deep on the show room floor! It was no problem! In a flash they had the car out and detailed and we drove it away. All aspects of the purchase experience went smoothely. I've also had the car back this week to have a trailer hitch installed and even the service and courtesy car experience was smoothe! Thanks Everyone! More

Totally awesome!! Our 2001 Odyssey had served us well, but it was time for an upgrade. The wife and I found ourselves at Scott Honda to see what was available. We have not done this in a very long time and wasn't sure what to expect. It couldn't have been a better experience. Senior salesman Greg Cole was just fantastic. He seemed genuinely interested in making this the best experience for us as possible. If he wasn't sincere, then he is in the wrong business and should be an actor because he would win an academy award for acting! ... lol. The truth is he was sincere and went the extra mile for us. We ended up getting a fair trade for our old van and moving into a later model 2014 Odyssey. It had all the features we were looking for and is a perfect fit. I highly recommend Scott Honda and you can't go wrong with salesman Greg Cole. A great guy with a fantastic attitude and tons of experience. One last thing to note ... as we were leaving the dealership in our new van, we heard a disturbing rattle coming from the tailgate when driving on a rough road. We had already begun our journey home when we decided to go back. We pulled into the lot at Scott Honda and before I was even out of the van Greg was already outside walking toward us very concerned. I explained the situation and he was able to have s service tech take a drive in the van and they determined what the problem was. Now here is the great part. Because Scott Honda had the largest inventory of parts of any dealership around, they were able to fix the rattle right then and there. You can't get much better service than that! We were then able to start our journey home with the peace of mind that the problem was fixed. Thank you Greg and Scott Honda! We will be back for sure and will highly recommend you to family and friends. Keep up the great service to your customers. More

Above and Beyond I needed a car and spoke to George I explained I did not have a vehicle but I was interested in a couple of vehicles on the Scott Select lot. At this I needed a car and spoke to George I explained I did not have a vehicle but I was interested in a couple of vehicles on the Scott Select lot. At this point I was expecting George to say try and find a ride as many other dealers told me. George did not he was a true professional and arranged for the courtesy vehicle to pick me up so far so good. During that time frame we exchange mulitple emails to make the buying process a lot easier. Upon my arrival to the dealership I saw one of the vehicles I was interested in and the paperwork was on standby just waiting for my signature. I never thought a dealership would treat me so well considering the vehicle I was financing was a 2004 Civic. After the test drive with George and asking him many questions which he answered. I met and spoke with the finance manager who made the process easy and treated me with respect and understood my financial situation. In summary I purchased a high mileage used car (which drives like a new car Scott Honda did a lot mechanical work prior to placing this car on the lot) and I was treated as if I was purchasing a $40,000 new vehicle, with respect they did not judge me and understood my situation. I intend to hold on to this vehicle for a while it is almost paid off for but when I am ready to make another purchase Scott Honda is my dealership of choice. I highly recommend people to give this dealership an opportunity this dealership has integrity and will treat you with respect. I will also bring my vehicle for all major servicing my experience with the service dept. was also great they were polite and informative. More
