Marius I set out to buy a Honda Pilot yesterday and Marius single handedly lost the sale for Cliff and Scott Honda. We went to Scott Honda as repeat buyer si I set out to buy a Honda Pilot yesterday and Marius single handedly lost the sale for Cliff and Scott Honda. We went to Scott Honda as repeat buyer since we had a great experience there with our first Pilot. My wife was buying the car. We made an offer to Cliff and Marius came out. I asked him to wait for my wife since it was her car. He did not wait and arrogantly acted like my offer was unreasonable and actually went the other way. When my wife returned and asked for a recap, he ignored her. We left and got everything we wanted and more at Roberts Honda. Scotts had an opportunity to lock in two return customers for life and Marius made it so neither of us will ever step in Scott Hona again. Cliff was great, Marius was not. More
