Hiep provided me with a lot of information regarding the car i was interested in and in no time I was set for the test drive. Before i knew it i was signing the car purchase agreement. All this happened in a span of two hours. Hiep was never pushy and gave me enough information and time that I needed to make a conscious decision. Rob from the finance team was also very helpful and informative regarding the kind of warranty I should have on the car. More

My first and probably best experience ever with buying a car I can't believe how lucky enough I was to have Jeff sell me my first car. Everything about the buying experience was perfect! From the moment my mom and I entered the dealership, Jeff was there to help us. He was very sincere, friendly, helpful, understanding, accommodating and all around just a great person to talk to. When he took us to the car for a test drive, he told us everything we needed to know about the car without us even asking. Throughout the entire process, he made sure my mom and I were comfortable and offered us food and drinks. While my mom and I were not with Jeff, we waited in a very nice lounge area with a TV to help pass the time. We didn't get the car until after closing hours but nobody rushed us and Jeff had no problem with working late. You could tell from the start that his goal was to make us as happy as possible. The entire process was just amazing and painless. My mom even told Jeff that she would be back to see him in the near future to buy a new Honda Pilot. More

Service department I had a expires inspection and emissions but 3 months. The lovely women that scheduled me was so helpful!!!!
