He was very patient with my test driving the Honda HR-V on two occasions, my indecisiveness as to whether or not I was ready to move forward, and then when I was ready I was deciding on color. Once ready he answered all of my questions and did not pressure me to make deal when I was not quite ready to sign. I finally signed the deal and got my new car (Honda HR-V EX)on Wednesday.
