He was very patient with my test driving the Honda HR-V on two occasions, my indecisiveness as to whether or not I was ready to move forward, and then when I was ready I was deciding on color. Once ready he answered all of my questions and did not pressure me to make deal when I was not quite ready to sign. I finally signed the deal and got my new car (Honda HR-V EX)on Wednesday. Fabulous experience Im not normally someone who would actually take the time to post a review (good or bad) unless it was an extreme case. First understand that I REALLY dont care for car dealerships. Goes back to the assumption that all car dealers are slimey sales people who try their hardest to get as much money out of you and sell you things you really dont need. This was actually my best car buying experience ever and I will definitely check back with them first for my next car that I purchase. I was looking for a used crv exl, I knew I didnt want to spend more than $20k, the year I was hoping for and the colors I knew I didnt want. I wasnt interested in financing, warranty or protection for the car. Hiep the sales person we dealt with was fantastic!!! he listened, had respect for our choices and guided us with the options. We even had a question about a noise we were hearing while driving the car so he brought out a service manager to explain the questions we had about the warranty that comes with it and the noise. But it didnt stop when he handed me the keys. He walked out to the car and set up my phones bluetooth for me so I could use the car to make calls (totally not a techy person and would probably not have taken the time to do this myself). He went thru all the bells and whistles and made sure that we didnt have any more questions. Fabulous Experience!!! More

Great experience purchasing my first Honda Last week I decided to start pricing out some new cars, as I had been doing some research on a new car and was eager to trade in my Ford Focus for som Last week I decided to start pricing out some new cars, as I had been doing some research on a new car and was eager to trade in my Ford Focus for something bigger, better, and more reliable. I put in a quote request on Scott Honda's site and was quickly contacted by salesperson Nick Toto, who was very friendly and put me at ease right away, even over the phone. Every other car buying experience I've had was pretty pressured right off the bat, but because of how relaxed the initial phone call was, I ended up calling Nick back to see if I could come in that day for a vehicle valuation and a test drive. I went in a couple of hours later and Nick greeted me at the door, which I thought was a great personal touch. We discussed the types of cars I was looking at, price points, trade-in options, etc., and he immediately had the team get started on evaluating my Focus while we discussed what I might test drive. I ended up test driving a CR-V, which was what I had in mind when I came in, as well as an HR-V, which I had no idea existed but really met a lot of my needs, so I appreciate that he suggested it. The test drives were awesome; both cars were great to drive and Nick had a lot of information for me and ended up making it a tough decision - which isn't a bad thing! In the end I went with the CR-V and not only was he pretty patient with me while I decided on the ever-important exterior color, but I felt that he really did his best to get me the features I wanted/needed while also keeping me in a reasonable price point. Eventually I worked with Tomas Dainora in the finance department, who was also very friendly and very helpful when it came to laying out the terms of the deal and getting everything signed and finished with in a timely manner. I came in that day only intending to test drive and then think about it for a few days, but because of these guys' hard work, I drove off the lot that day in a 2016 Metallic Air Mountain CR-V in love with my new vehicle, excited to be a part of the Honda family, and would recommend Scott Honda to anyone.
