I had to leave for a short time and made an arrangement to return later in the afternoon to meet with him again to finalize the purchase of the car. Hiep had everything ready to go for me and Rob Hannigan was wonderful in helping to explain everything available for financing to warranties. Both guys were wonderful to deal with. I felt appreciated and never having owned a Honda before I felt they both took the time to ensure I understood everything. I purchased the CRV EX-L and love it. Great Buying Experience I started by submitting for some quotes from different dealers online and Stacy contacted me with the information I was looking for. Given my situati I started by submitting for some quotes from different dealers online and Stacy contacted me with the information I was looking for. Given my situation, I asked her if it would be possible to get an extended test drive so I could really evaluate the new 2015 CRV. Stacy was really helpful and got me the extended test drive with no pressure or commitment. When I brought the car back, there was no pressure at all - she just let me know she was available if I had any questions or wanted to move forward. I ended up getting a couple more quotes and in the end all the prices I got where pretty much the same, so I decided to go with Scott Honda because of my experience with Stacy. I contacted Stacy and she worked extra hours to help locate the car in the color I wanted and get it all taken care of in about a day. There was never any pressure to purchase or with ad ons or anything. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend Scott and Stacy specifically to work with. More
