Scott Honda is twice as far from our home as another dealer we visited the previous day who started playing games (either the sales manager was stupid or thought I was), None of that AT ALL at Scott Honda. I reached Hiep ("Hip") through edmunds.com price promise and (coincidentally) through their website's online chat. Hiep was tremendously helpful, knew the vehicle, and - this was especially refreshing - he always treated my wife as the primary decision maker/driver (surprisingly, that is not always the case at dealerships, even today). He was knowledgeable and professional, and really seemed to care about our experience. Nothing really felt "sales" about working with him. Rob (Finance) was helpful and professional as well. He explained whatever we didn't understand and made the process as painless as possible. The dealership made us a fair offer on our trade, and pricing was as transparent as advertised (really!). My sense is that this is a dealership that really "gets it" as far as the purchase experience, and I hope that the service experience matches this! One interesting twist. After the car was detailed/fueled/Zurich treated, Hiep informed us that the detailing staff has spotted two small nicks on the chrome on the passenger door trim. He said they ordered the part and we'd just need to bring the van by to have them replace it…..when I next saw the van, I looked for the nicks,,,,and could only find one of them. The "nick" I found was about as small as a pencil point! After setting my wife's phone up with the Bluetooth, we were on our way. We were delighted with our experience and happy to call Scott Honda our new dealer. More

I came to Scott Honda because of their excellent reputation. I was not disappointed. From the minute I arrived Candace came and greeted my friend and I. She asked what we were interested and then guided us to what she thought we would like. She was never pushy and she answered all of our questions patiently. She was so personable and friendly she really made me feel like it was her pleasure to help us. What a different feeling here then at other dealerships. I was upfront and honest with what I could afford and Candace helped me get a brand new 2014 Honda CRV, at an incredible price and in the most beautiful color. I was also given a more then fair price for my trade in. When it was time to sign papers with the Finance Department I was lucky enough to have Azad helping me. He was so friendly and helpful and he explained everything to us. We even talked about what a beautiful family he has and his famous sports legend father. You really cannot go wrong buying a car from Scott Honda of West Chester, everyone is so friendly and helpful and they really seem to care about the customer. The only thing I did not know was what Honda dealer I should purchase from. Even though I live in Drexel Hill, I decided to ride out to Scott Honda in West Chester to look around. When I arrived there, I was immediately impressed by the number of cars they had on their lot and by their beautiful facilities. Their receptionist summoned their sales representative, Dan Lipchock, to assist me. We went for a test drive and I signaled to Dan that I was interested in trying to make a deal. Dan presented me with a purchase price for the car and a value for my trade-in that were exactly what I had in mind. After a short while, my wife and I were riding home in a beautiful new 2014 Honda Civic EX Sedan. Great product, great service, great experience! More
