We just purchased our second car from Scott and they are truly the BEST. Mongi, helped us with our purchase and he was excellent. No hard pressure, very professional and polite - something you will not find at other car dealerships. They have a large warm, clean and friendly showroom. The best part is once you buy your car if you ever need to have it serviced their service department is also Excellent. I remember the first time I visited. Amazing, unlike any other car service experience you have ever had. They are so organized and totally customer service based. We visited another Honda dealership in our area to compare prices. We RAN back to Scott Honda. These days it often seems like customer service is a thing of the past, not at Scott Honda. They truly value their customers and it shows. More

Brought my car for the annual State Inspection and Emission. Everything checked out okay (as discussed with me by Calvin and as written in the paperwork), including the battery. Fast forward to 01 December 2013: Went to a place that's about 10 miles away from home and in a busy commercial district. Parked for about 15 minutes, and by the time we're about to leave......Nothing happened as I started the engine. Only clicking sound, which was a definite sign of the battery totally quitted. Thank goodness for selfless friends and AAA, we were able to get to the auto parts store and purchased a new battery. This event was not a big deal for us mainly because it happened while we're parked properly and not very far away from home. My review would be totally different had this happened while we're on a different state or worse, forced us to get to the shoulder of a busy highway. Called Scott Honda about this and talked to Bill Kanuika who was very positive about hearing me out. Told him that Scott Honda dropped the ball on this, because in the report they gave, the battery was listed as Good, but there was no mention of what the current CCA Rating was so the owner has no idea whether the battery is about to quit on them or not. Add to that a visit of some very cold temperature which goes on for days and it's no arguing that a weak battery doesn't stand a chance. I would still recommend this dealership for its service mainly because of its helpful advisors, but some of the technicians who work on our cars are not earning our money's worth. Management and ownership should take a closer look at their personnel. More
We went to Scoot Honda Select to buy our grand daughter a car for college. We were greeted by an exceptionally friendly and professional salesman, Lino Santiago. He asked us what we were looking for and showed us several cars in our price range. He was most accommodating and even printed out the carfaxes as our main concern was quality and safety. We found the perfect used Honda Accord and was just so impressed how Lino knew all the specifics. The whole experience was so positive even to the financial transaction, virtually flawless. The whole Honda team treated us with respect and just made us feel like we were old friends. We certainly will recommend this dealership to our friends and family. More

To begin with they seemed absolutely disinterested in familiarizing us with the car. Secondly we got a feeling that they wanted to get done with us as early as possible. Agreed that we could not reach to a price that would please us both (even though we weren't unreasonable) , there could have been a polite way of conveying the same rather than quoting " WE ARE DONE HERE" and close the file. It was absolutely rude of Scott Honda to behave the way they did and we would NEVER recommend anyone we know to approach them on a car sale. More
We went to the dealership to look at new cars, in particular the Honda CR-V SUV. We were met in a friendly way by a new salesperson, Matthew Anderson. Our first visit was just to look at the CR-V and possibly the Pilot. About three weeks later, we made an appoint to test drive the CR-V. Sufficient time was given for each of us to drive the vehicle. Our questions were answered and when Matthew did not know the answer, he told us and got back to us when he did have the answer. We decided to go ahead with the purchase during our second visit to the dealership. Price negotiations can always be difficult, however, there was good interaction and an acceptable price was determined. Information regarding financing and trade in value was made available in an understandable way. Overall the process was pleasant and we were satisfied. There has been follow up with Matthew since we took position of the vehicle. Some equipment was included with the purchase that had to be ordered and will be installed at a later date. We dealt with this agency in 1998 when we helped our daughter purchase a Civic. Both experiences were positive. (Oh and by the way, the Civic is still in operation serving our daughter's needs, and now her family's needs.) I have not commented on "quality of work" since this was a new vehicle purchase and no service work has been done to date. Customer service rating is only based upon the sales process, not service on the vehicle provided by the dealership after purchase. More

My wife and I have bought two cars from Scott, my daughter and her husband have bought three and my son and his wife one. Four of my friends have also bought cars there. Each person we have sent there bought their cars on the first visit. Each time we have gotten the best price available and the car was delivered shortly after making our decision. The Service Department (Ed, Mark, Brian & Bill) has been excellant with very reasonable pricing. By far and away Scott Honda is the best dealership I have ever dealt with! More
Lino Santiago demonstrates the best kind of customer relationship care. We had worked with Lino several years ago to buy a used car for my son at college, and more recently had mentioned that we were lo relationship care. He called us immediately when a likely car came onto the Scott lot, and it was a great pick. Unfortunately, our son wasn't able to buy that one. We decided to give our son one of our own cars (a 9-year-old Accord), and chose to work with Lino to buy ourselves a brand new 2013 Honda Accord. Throughout the process, Lino provided clear and comprehensive information, did not pressure us in any way, and helped us understand the new technology. He ushered the paperwork smoothly and we had what we wanted within 24 hours of walking into the showroom with the intention of getting a new car. We've recommended Lino and Scott Honda to a number of friends and neighbors. More

He was exactly right...which is why we came back to purchase the Odyssey. John was friendly, informative and very professional.
