Misleading! I called ahead about a seatbelt malfunction. Advisor said to come to Express Lane for a while-you-wait repair (perhaps covered by warranty). When I called ahead about a seatbelt malfunction. Advisor said to come to Express Lane for a while-you-wait repair (perhaps covered by warranty). When I arrived, I was told Express Lane is not possible for this and maybe they can fit me in in about 2 hours. So I waited. When they took a look at it, they said they couldn't fix it today, but to come back another day and leave the car (but no loaners available) and no cost estimate or warranty is available until after they complete the work. One big headache! More
