Told Shiva about the problem with my driver’s side mirror and she looked it up, found there was a known issue, got the part, and scheduled me an appointment. My car was done quickly when I arrived for my ap and she looked it up, found there was a known issue, got the part, and scheduled me an appointment. My daughter knew what car she wanted when we arrived. Jeff came highly recommended by our family friend, Michelle McNight. He did not disappoint. He was thorough and knowledgeable about the Insight.
