We understand your frustration, Rose. We set the standard for quick, reliable service so we’re disappointed to learn we missed the mark during your recent visit. When you confirmed your service request, we offered you a drop-off wait time rather than a diagnostic. It’s trickier to set expectations for a diagnostic request as some may take longer than others. Plus, we want to give you and your vehicle the attention you deserve, so we don’t rush through these tests. We apologize for the miscommunication. Clearly we need to make further improvements in setting expectations. Your honest feedback will be a huge help in refining our processes.

Bluecar responded

Frustration is putting it mildly -- I watched my car sit for over an hour in the parking lot -- nothing was done to it during that hour. Then when the service representative spoke with me, he was not totally honest ... he said my car was in the bay UP on a lift. To check batteries -- it is NOT necessary to raise the car. Now, I am receiving emails for suggested repair to my car , which I presume is necessary, but one of the charges is for "OTHER" for $10 ... Really ????
