I can’t thank Jeff Ross enough for recommending Scott Honda, and encouraging me to trust their values of honesty and integrity. After having a negative experience with another dealership in New Jersey, h Honda, and encouraging me to trust their values of honesty and integrity. After having a negative experience with another dealership in New Jersey, he assured me that my experience with them would be totally different. And he couldn’t have been more right! Due to a scheduling conflict, I was not able to work with Jeff personally. But he again assured me that I was in good hands. That’s when I was introduced to Hiep. From the very beginning, he made me feel at ease and I immediately felt comfortable discussing my previous experience and my expectations. Hiep took his time and explained there was no pressure. He is extremely knowledgeable and showed me several options and encouraged me to take my time and give it some thought. After a few days, I returned to purchase a vehicle. Again, he was very patient and addressed my concerns. I have never had such a positive experience purchasing a vehicle, even when communicating with the finance department! Anthony was incredible. Again, no hassle or haggling. He explained things very clearly and allowed me to decide the options I wanted and did not want. Everyone there takes such a kind and personal interest in their customers, including the receptionist at the front desk. I can’t thank Jeff, Hiep, and Anthony enough for their superior service. You have a customer for life!! More

5 star experience - NOT! dropped wife's 2017 Pilot off for service, wrote on form "multiple warning lights on dash lit up" (an issue that they have tried to fix multiple times already). Even stressed it t for service, wrote on form "multiple warning lights on dash lit up" (an issue that they have tried to fix multiple times already). Even stressed it to the service guy when he called me in the morning to go over what needed to be done. Called me at 10:30am to say car was done and ready to go. that evening went to pick it up , my wife gets in it - all the warning lights are lit up. She goes and tells the guy this and he says well that requires a diagnostic, you didn't ask for that. Stupid us, we assumed that telling them all the warning lights were on and needed to be addressed meant they would do whatever they had to do to fix it - again. So we had to leave the car there after driving the 25 minutes to get to the dealership, for a problem that has been ongoing since we bought the car. And you can guarantee always getting a horrible attitude from the employees there. They love to talk down to you. Its been that way every time we've had the car there for service. More
