I scheduled a service appointment because my check engine light came on, and I just had the car in a few weeks earlier for the same problem. Joe Walker was excellent in letting me know when he would engine light came on, and I just had the car in a few weeks earlier for the same problem. Joe Walker was excellent in letting me know when he would call with a diagnosis of the problem and quickly arranged for a shuttle to get to work.The car needed a minor part and there was no charge for the service. I was met in the driveway with a pleasant, smiling employee who directed me to a service bay. Shortly thereafter my car was wisked away for the scheduled procedure.
