Worst treatment and disrespect I have ever received in my life from their Service Department. Very arrogant and condescending. It included the service manager who was the worst of all. Went there to buy a Tulluride advertised on the internet. Broken tail light and miles not correct none of this was their problem. Two tires changed but others passed said Jim McDonald the Kia General Manager. AWD with just two tires changed. His reply, " Not going to put any more money into it" Time to move on!!! We Will buy a TULLURIDE this week but NOT FROM SCOTT and Mr. McDonald!! Can't be sure of anything listening to Him!! More
I called for a service issue and Maggie Keifer set me right up for service. On the day of service I was greeted by John, then welcomed by my service adviser, Zaire Sumner. He pulled up my records, asked me about my issue and explained their process. A few hours later Zaire called, explained the findings by their tech, Matt Lehman, who made the necessary adjustments and tested my car to make sure my issue was resolved. The shuttle driver, Harper Kimberly called to confirm he was minutes away and he delivered me back to the dealership promptly. The car was returned clean. Zaire explained what was done and thanked me for being a Scott customer. A wonderful experience with everyone involved in the Service Department. More

I leased a car in early April. We were told about 2-3 weeks wait for our registration. A month goes by and nothing. The salesman who leased our car got in touch withy husband say We were told about 2-3 weeks wait for our registration. A month goes by and nothing. The salesman who leased our car got in touch withy husband saying that they have been trying to get in touch with him for a while, they messed up the paperwork. He called in and three times the woman he spoke to repeated his number back incorrectly. Not once, did anyone call me and I was on the lease. We had to go in and resign the paperwork right before Memorial Day. Again, they said 2-3 weeks for the registration. I started calling Kia at the end of a June because we did not receive it. I was told they will look into it. Our temporary registration was expiring in July. I called multiple times and the operators (who are lovely) did their best answering my questions. I was told before the Fourth of July that an extension had to be filed but the woman who does it was on vacation. At one point I was told that they spoke to state and that our information was under review, would receive end of July early August. So I would be driving around with no registration for almost a month. (I told them this was not acceptable as it is illegal) They said they would email me and call me back within the week and they didn’t. I called them now with an expired temporary registration and they say go to the DMV, no paperwork needed. I called the DMV and they can’t reissue a temporary registration. I’ve called multiple times and I keep getting the run around. I have not spoken to the woman who is in charge of paperwork. I am quite frankly very annoyed and would not recommend to anyone. More
