Quality purchase from a quality dealership. I came in after finding a truck that I was very interested in online. I met with Dan Hrehocik and a new hire (who was training that day) and we test d I came in after finding a truck that I was very interested in online. I met with Dan Hrehocik and a new hire (who was training that day) and we test drove the truck. The truck was of good quality, no rust or rot on it, lower miles and was taken care of. Dan was able to provide me with a brief (but needed) history behind the truck and how it was taken care of. He let us know that it needed a new strut and a window regular which was already being taken care of. I've worked for in the past dealerships that would try to hide mechanical problems in a vehicle and leave the customer out to dry when it fails. Dan did not do that, we were aware of everything wrong from the start and it was being fixed. As someone who doesn't want any surprises down the road, this was important to me. Afterwords we decided that the truck was the one my fiancee and I wanted. We sat down to talk about pricing. I appreciate that Dan was able to give us a good, fair price on the truck. The biggest thing that meant a lot to us was that we asked if he'd actually recommend Kia products. Dan let us know that his families drove Kias, his friends drove Kias, and his wife drove a Kia. He said he stood behind the product and the accounts he told showed that. When I worked as a technician for a GMC dealership a few years back (before a career change) I couldn't stand behind all of their products. How would I ever be able to recommend a Chevy Spark when I clearly know that they're a hodgepodge mess. He clearly stood behind the product in which he sold. This was just a side conversation, but we would feel comfortable purchasing a Kia product in the future. The salesmen take the heat when theres a bad vehicle, he wouldn't recommend something just to have us come back and complain. We went into finance and it was very painless. Eric Dundon was professional and got us through quickly. It helped that we had our own preapproval handy, but I'd expect that it would still be easy if we didn't. 10/10 dealership, I would recommend again. We'll be back when we're purchasing a car for the fiancee. More
