I was told by chuck Simpson that i would be receiving a check in the mail for the value of the car I traded in - a 2002 Hyundai Elantra. It’s been a month and a half and I have no check and chuck is not responding to me. I feel like this “check” doesn’t exist and I was told I would get one to convince me to buy the car. Essentially Is be getting a check back in the amount that I paid at the time of signing. I wish I had never done business with this dealership, and I hope another dealership will help me get out of the lease I am currently stuck in. More
