We truly felt he had our best interest at heart. There was absolutely no pressure to buy a vehicle or make a quick, hasty decision. He gave us all the information we asked for and allowed us to come to our own decision on our own time. It was quite refreshing to deal with a salesman of this caliber. I would highly recommend Scott Kia of Springfield and I would , without a doubt, recommend Jeff to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

Excellent Customer Service!!! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! From the moment I walked in the receptionist was friendly, i was quickly introduced to salesman Dan Hrehoick who treated me AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! From the moment I walked in the receptionist was friendly, i was quickly introduced to salesman Dan Hrehoick who treated me with the upmost respect.. I told him my credit was poor and I was trying to rebuild my credit but I was in real need of a car, as I am a single mother and have a 4 year old. He took time to understand my situation and helped me out through the process.. was never pushy at all. Very friendly and informing! Felt like i made a new friend! I also spoke with manager Tom who was a great guy as well and explained( and not in a pushy type of way) the process of car buying. I was able to then get financing for a 2015 Mazda CX-5! Also, would like to thank Eric Dundon who was wonderful as well, even checked up on us after we finished signing part of my life away (LOL). Overall! I had a great experience and felt truly cared for here! I would totally recommend Scott Kia of Springfield to all of my friends and family who are looking into getting a car! 5 out of 5! RUN!!!!! This place is an absolute NIGHTMARE. I bought a “certified” 2016 Kia Sorento here at the end of November- pretty sure they bought the car off someone This place is an absolute NIGHTMARE. I bought a “certified” 2016 Kia Sorento here at the end of November- pretty sure they bought the car off someone else within 6-24 hours of selling it to me as the car was never even detailed. I buy from dealerships for a “certified” car however what I was sold feels very much like I bought it off Jim Bob’s lot. I bought the car from a super slick talking, lying sales guy even. They even told me the car was accident free until I got into the finance office and was told in the last five minutes it had been in an accident! I stupidly still bought the car and have had all of these issues since: - horn wasn’t working when the car was sold to me, which I didn’t realize until someone almost ran into me - it took two repairs to fix the horn and they told me there was WATER IN THE HORN. Odd. - I was told the car would be detailed and scratches would be repaired, the scratches never were and now one of the scratches is starting to chip! - there are stains all over the backseat they never bothered to fix - and now I realized the undercarriage is cracked, which I definitely didn’t do so I’m sure they sold it to me like that. The service manager tried telling me that can happen from going over a pothole, which has to be bs because otherwise it would be alarming. He just said that because he wants me to pay a few hundred dollars to repair the busted car they swindled me on. I’m so done with this place I’m only going to deal with them so I can trade this car in, but I would warn anyone against starting a new relationship with this place. You’d be just as well served going to a random auto lot and not getting overcharged. RUN!!!!!!!!! More
