Dealership improvements are great. I have been a customer for many years with Scott, the last 5 or 6 years with Chuck. Chuck is always willing to work with me on leasing a car and he I have been a customer for many years with Scott, the last 5 or 6 years with Chuck. Chuck is always willing to work with me on leasing a car and he tries very hard to work within my budget. The only thing that needs alot of work is the checking out process. It takes up to 3 to 4 hours for processing of all paper work. Last night I got there at 6 and left at 9:30. After working all day since 7 am I was exhausted, hungry but very happy with purchase. Chuck and Eric worked very hard to get everything completed. I think some of the reference checking could be handled prior to actual pirchase which I think would cut down alot on the wait time. Dan H. was very friendly, listened to what I required in my next car, and worked with me to get the car I wanted (2018 Kia Sportage!). Ed also played a major hand in securing me the Sportage and was also extremely kind and receptive.
