We went in there thinking Sedona mini-Van and after me asking a ton of questions and the KIA team being very patient, understanding, and professional, we realized what vehicle was the best all around fit for us and the next day we left with a beautiful Sorento SUV from right off of the showroom floor. It was the easiest transaction we ever had getting a new vehicle: from Hassan, to Tom the manager, to Kristen the financial specialist, it was a flawless and smooth process...and the vehicle...10yr, 100k mile warranty, made in the USA, excellent ride, great features, great pricing, what's not to love. I came in requesting a Kia Sorento, I didnt have much of a down payment and had only been at my place of employment for roughly 2 1/2 months and Hassan was able to get me approved for a certified pre-owned vehicle that same day. Around 7pm I drove off of the lot in a 2016 certified pre-owned Kia Sorento. I walked into the dealership that day hoping that I would get approved, but expecting to be turned away, but thanks to my dealer Hassan's hard work I drove off in the vehicle that I wanted.
