Excellent salesman Dan questionable service and repair Dan was very professional and friendly sales person. Any problem that arose he was more than willing to help solve it. However, when vehicle was brought in for service it was not really completed to my satisfaction. Work done on the exhaust system was not done properly. Exhaust pipes rattled and leak exhaust fumes. I initially was looking for a low mileage 2015 Sorento but ended up buying a "gently used" 2017 Sorento demo off the show room floor. The price was exceedingly fair as was my trade-in valuation. Within a grand total of maybe 3 hours, salesman Robert Robb and finance person Kristen Rose had the job done. Mr. Robb synched my smart phone and showed me how to manage the features. I've been a regular for service at Scott for a couple years and recommend their service center. Kia's are nice cars and I'd recommend their staff without question. More
