He explained all that is needed patiently and fielded our questions thoroughly during the test drive and after. Once I was ready to buy the used Kia Sportage, they were in no hurry to take the cheque, Instead Steve walked me through the various maintenance options and provided alternatives for the best roadside assistance as well.
