Steve LaMonaca is the best service manager I have ever worked with. The whole service staff is oustanding all the down the line. I have used the Scott Kia service department for many years and would not worked with. The whole service staff is oustanding all the down the line. I have used the Scott Kia service department for many years and would not take my cars anywhere else. Steve recently solved a big problem for me and he did so very quickly. The service department employees are always friendly and knowledgeble. I wish the sales staff would learn from them. I give them one star. More
