Waited about 3 1/2 hours to sign paperwork and they put my wife as the primary purchaser and said it was because she was 1st on the credit application which is incorrect. After having the car a few days ha my wife as the primary purchaser and said it was because she was 1st on the credit application which is incorrect. After having the car a few days had issues with the blind spot/ cross traffic alert. 3 times back to the dealership. Last time they had it for 3 days before finally getting it right. The 1st 2 times they assured me it was a computer issue and had fixed it. This was the 4th car we purchased from Scott and also leased 1 . This last experience left a bad taste in my mouth and will be taking my business to a different dealership moving forward. As well as any service work that needs to be done More

My preferred dealership to go to for service. The employees that I interacted with were all very pleasant. Jim, the employee who helped me, was very helpful. He saw me standing in line and helped The employees that I interacted with were all very pleasant. Jim, the employee who helped me, was very helpful. He saw me standing in line and helped me check in and talked with me about the service I was getting and answered all of my questions. The only negative thing about my experience, which is no fault to them as things happen, was that my wait time was longer than quoted and I had to seek employees out to inquire about the status of my vehicle as opposed to the employees finding me and keeping me updated. There used to be a tv on the wall that had the status there so you didn’t have to check but I didn’t see there at this visit. Otherwise it was a very pleasant visit and I’m extremely grateful for Jim’s help. More
