I will start off by saying that I have been to Scott Kia Springfield on several occasions and never really had a serious issues. Today, February 22, 2025 was a different story when I encountered sales assoc Springfield on several occasions and never really had a serious issues. Today, February 22, 2025 was a different story when I encountered sales associate William Gleason. He started off nice and very informative, but then things took a turn in which he was very rude to me at the end. He decided that he wanted to take it personal and get an attitude with me when I showed a little sign of frustration with the cost that they were trying to charge me to fix some items on my car. He raised his voice at me in front of other customers, caused a scene, and aggressive with his body language. I will never bring my vehicle her again and it shows that these establishments really only care about a dollar. More
