I've leased a Telluride for 2.5 years and was always treated with excellent customer service... From pulling into service to working with the service department, vehicle always well taken care of, reaso treated with excellent customer service... From Evone at service to my man Jeff Belack who was a joy to interact with on sales, very thorough and a nice guy just generally, never felt pressured and got me in my new Stinger and I'm also leasing a GT... KIA makes reliable vehicles no doubt. I will be returning to Scott Kia in Springfield again to seek out a later model Telluride to buy! The dealership is clean, great waiting area and staff are all very friendly. I've always felt they have my best interest in mind when considering my warranty if anything ever was the matter. I've also received a loaner free of charge as they repair a small issue on the GT I'm leasing now which they are taking care of. Would recommend Scott KIA highly to any one.
