I had appointment on the 31st of last month for oil change and to get appraisal and trade in for Kia EV I want to show floor observe the car got in it opened the door walked around it open the trunk re change and to get appraisal and trade in for Kia EV I want to show floor observe the car got in it opened the door walked around it open the trunk read the window tag I went back to the waiting area came back out walked around and looked at it again I did that two more times and no one came to assist me no one appraising my car all the customers came in and they came from behind the glass door to help them four times this happened and no one would ask me could they help me with anything I don't know if it was the color of my skin or what but I'm very disappointed and will not be taking my cars there again More

Waste of time coming here. Website should clearly state there are non-negotiable fees tacked on to the price of the vehicle. If I had known this I would never have driven the hour plus drive to this dealer there are non-negotiable fees tacked on to the price of the vehicle. If I had known this I would never have driven the hour plus drive to this dealership. They will not negotiate removing these unnecessary fees when I clearly did not want those services offered. I will make sure I tell anyone I know that’s purchasing a Kia not to go to Springfield Kia. More
