This is by far the worst dealership Kia has!! The customer service is poor they don’t communicate, they don’t care! Awful don’t go here!! I will not return I will try another Kia! They over charged m customer service is poor they don’t communicate, they don’t care! Awful don’t go here!! I will not return I will try another Kia! They over charged me for a rental because they had my car sitting for days! They had my car for 3 weeks!! I paid 600 in rental fees alone! Then I got my car pulled up saying it was done and a part was sitting in my back seat!! They had to pull it back and put it on!! Iam furious!! I will make sure my emails get to the top!! They need to improve how they conduct business!! 3 different people called me on two different days about a recall and didn’t even know my car was there!! I will never come back More
