My wife and I contacted Hassan early Monday morning about trading in our Kia Soul which we had purchased from him the year prior. We had a need for a larger vehicle, and Hassan was wonderful to work with as trading in our Kia Soul which we had purchased from him the year prior. We had a need for a larger vehicle, and Hassan was wonderful to work with as he had been on our prior purchase. We came in at 7pm for an appointment, got to see the car, check it out fully, then we were sent to Kristen to do the paperwork. Kristen was ready for us when we went to her office, we went over everything, signed all our paperwork, and left with our new car. We are very happy and look forward to many trips and our cross country move later this year. We will miss your excellent customer service when we move. More

The whole experience was a dream My lease was coming to an end, and after going back and forth with the dealership I leased from, and having them add $1000 to my contracted buyout pri My lease was coming to an end, and after going back and forth with the dealership I leased from, and having them add $1000 to my contracted buyout price because Gov. Wolf said they could in the middle of the covid-19 crisis, I searched out another dealership to work with. I checked out the Better Business Bureau and my original dealership was rated D-, Scott Kia was rated A+! I was connected with Tiffany H. who took the time to listen to my concerns and what I felt I could afford. She provided me with a variety of options, both lease and purchase, that might fit my budget. This was all online which allowed me to take my time and go over each option. When I told Tiffany I have to take some time to think it over, there was no pressure to get a deal done that day. She was very gracious and understanding. My initial plan was to buyout my lease and keep the car. Because of Tiffany's knowledge and patience, and the wonderful financing she found for me which allowed me to take the cash back rebate from Kia, I purchased a brand new Kia Soul and I couldn't be happier! Things I learned from this experience: 1) I will never lease again. 2) I will do my research on dealerships prior to doing business with them. 3) I really enjoyed the online shopping experience (Kia's Express Purchase). Even Paula in the finance department was wonderful. I usually hate that part of the sale, but she made it very pleasant. I would definitely recommend Scott Kia if you are looking for a new Kia! At first, I felt a little discouraged because I didn't understand the process. My grandfather accompanied me for support. It made me feel better that he and Jeff could communicate when I didn't know what the heck they were talking about. When it came to finances, Kristen walked me through with speed and accuracy. I did not feel rushed! I felt she really knew what she was talking about. Answering any and all of my questions with such ease. Which in turn made me relaxed and comfortable. Within the first week I noticed a couple issues with the car. Jeff made it his priority to get my car fixed. Jim in the service department was extremely pleasant and helpful! I could feel his smile underneath the mask, ready to help. Driving from an hour away I felt the need to leave this review. Its not everyday you get the tenacity, patience and kindness shown in these employees! More

I purchased my KIA at this location. Before you signed on the dotted line, you can’t get Dave to STOP calling you. After 6 mos the side mirrors did not close. When I went to pick the car up. they did not fi the dotted line, you can’t get Dave to STOP calling you. After 6 mos the side mirrors did not close. When I went to pick the car up. they did not fix the problem. I was told this veh. doesn’t have this feature. I told them it was Wkg the last 5 mos,? I was told they called the Mfg. to verify it didn’t have this feature & they couldn’t fix it. Dave was no where to be found & did not Return my calls. At 8,000 miles my battery died, they would not pay for the new battery. Every time that car was in for service It was an electrical problem. When they gave me the work sheet, it ALWAYS stated problem unfound, but the problem was fixed (?) (The front camera did not function properly, the car drifted into the curb stop which had a 12” brick wall up against it. It made a dent in lower bumper, it was fixed, but when I sold the car I xx’d the FAX Sheet, It stated no accidents, no problems reported. That car had at least 8 different problems with the electrical equipment, the new owner has no idea because Scott Kia fails to enter the info. Into the vehicles history chart. There is one guy, Melvin, in the service Dept. that really knows what he’s talking about. He fixed every problem I noted. That was the only time I left that Dealership with ALL problems. fixed. Print this if you dare, Scott! I traced the car to a Dealership near Pittsburgh, but they would not reveal the name of the person who bought it, unfortunate for him. This is the worst Dealership for Sales, Service and honoring their Warranty! I would never recommend them nor would I buy from them again. More
