Tom’s passion was transmitted online. Dan McGrath joined the conversation and he was very jolly and had a great sense of humor. Dan was also passionate about Kia’s and worked with me to finalize the lease. There was a hiccup where I was still a NY license holder which would have lead to a NY tax on my car. Dan was the only dealer (vs Toyota, Lexus, Subaru, Hyundai, and even other Kia dealerships) who went the extra mile to find a solution, which I really appreciated. I was completely sold. During this awful time of the pandemic it was nice to be able to still buy a car and the salesmen Hassan made it an easy purchase and pleasant experience considering what is currently happening.
