Kia Telluride purchase review We are loyal Kia customers. After 8 years as very satisfied Kia Sorento owners, we were ready to make a new purchase. Our research led us to the Tellu We are loyal Kia customers. After 8 years as very satisfied Kia Sorento owners, we were ready to make a new purchase. Our research led us to the Telluride. We returned to Scott Kia (formerly Ryan Kia) for a closer look at this model. We are extremely happy with out purchase, however, we were somewhat disappointed with the sales process this time around. After making the decision to purchase our Telluride and knowing that due to the high demand that there would be no incentives or price negotiation, we were informed that there was an "addendum" package to the vehicle sticker price and that if we wanted the vehicle that we were obligated to purchase the package which included floor mats, mud flaps, wheel locks and free nitrogen tire refills for life - for a total of $1995 in addition to the MSRP. We expressed our dissatisfaction at being forced to purchase mats, mud flaps and wheel locks which we could have bought elsewhere on our own. We were told that these items were already "hard installed" on the vehicle and that removing them was not an option. After some discussion between our sales person and management, the cost was reduced to $750. During this discussion, the tone of the sales person became somewhat negative and we almost felt as if it was a privilege for us to make the purchase. More

Horrible salesman. I was talked into a deal that was not at all good! The reason I came in was because they said it was a better deal than what I had.
