Very Transparent I worked with Ali and have to say in all my years of buying cars, which is many, this was the most enjoyable. I knew what vehicle I wanted and what I I worked with Ali and have to say in all my years of buying cars, which is many, this was the most enjoyable. I knew what vehicle I wanted and what I wanted to pay. There was no pressure to buy and everything was laid out and explained in detail. They also went out of there way to get me the car since it was not in there inventory and spent considerable time going over the car`s many functions. Checking out in finance was a breeze as well. All in all, a very pleasant experience. More

EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER Purchased a used Lincoln car from KIA SCOTT OF SPRINGFIELD September 16 2019. Found out next day over head light/dome was out and CD player did not wo Purchased a used Lincoln car from KIA SCOTT OF SPRINGFIELD September 16 2019. Found out next day over head light/dome was out and CD player did not work. Taken back to KIA. Bulb was replaced CD player was not. Dan told for my husband and I to order CD PLAYER and THEY (KIA) would install it. October 25 2019 change oil soon reading came on. Took car to Lincoln for OIL CHANGE. PAID for oil change. Lincoln dealer ship finds front struts were broken during oil change. Called KIA. Spoke to Steve LaMonaca. Was told by him they may have been overlooked. It would have been a cost of over $1,000 to me if not found out then. Struts were replaced by KIA. KIA had oil change prior to sell but no sticker posted on car. Found this out later. They never put it on. If the oil change light never came on, I would have never known about the broken struts, which should of NEVER passed inspection. I was also asked if my trade in car had its oil changed during this trade which it was. They sold me a car with a burnt out over head light/dome, a broken CD player, and broken struts. CD player has to be replaced which will cost over $800.00. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER CAR FROM HERE AGAIN. More
