Amazing I first visited this Kia due to nearing the end of my lease to view new models and I had just moved to the area. After living there for some time, I had noticed my car was acting differently. So I immediately went into the service department at Scott Kia of Springfield. After professional evaluation, I learned it was also burning oil out of it. After, thorough tests and discussion, the very well informed service department at this Kia pinpointed the problem. Melvin Santana, one of the service employees, took great care of providing me with detailed information regarding the problem with my car & what would need to be repaired. Melvin not only explained this to me, but he made sure I understood. He also listened to my concerns and made sure all of them were met. Melvin possesses what we know as exceptional customer service skills. It always helps to know when you’re dealing with someone as competent as he is. Jeff hit the nail on the head in every aspect. He was approachable, Knowledgeable, friendly, and a great listener. He ensured that our needs were met and found a car that was perfect for us. From searching to a car to explaining different features and through the financing process Jeff was nothing but stellar in every way possible. While we were driving away he really encouraged me to come back for a further education of some of the additional features. We had to cut our initial visit short because we had two kids waiting at home. Speaking of kids he was just lovely with our daughter Mary Kate.
