My vehicle was at the dealer for a week and nothing was fixed because they were unable to duplicate the issue, yet when I drove it home it happened. They made up an entire story about how I drive my car and that's why my warranty was going to get voided!!! But that's after the fact of them finding out that my car need a new differential under my warranty that's why my warranty was going to get voided!!! I purchased a 3rd party warranty through the dealership to get my key fobs replaced. When I went on to have them replaced, the service advisor told me that the company offering the warranty wasn't willing to get my key fobs replaced. When I went on to have them replaced, the service advisor told me that the company offering the warranty wasn't willing to pay the hourly rate that the dealership charges for this service. Why the xxxx am I purchasing something through the dealership that cannot even be used because of labor charge discrepancies. This should not be sold or offered to clients if it cannot be redeemed. When we did get updates our vehicle which had a scheduled appointment and had been there several days had not even been looked at for the main issue it was brought in for. The whole experience was terrible. The problem it needed fixed required the door to be adjusted and its still not functioning properly but I almost cant imagine bringing it back. More
