Great experience with latest regular service I just had a great experience at Scott Robinson getting a regular 40,000 miles service on my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. Didn't need an appointment I just had a great experience at Scott Robinson getting a regular 40,000 miles service on my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. Didn't need an appointment for a regular service. I just pull my vehicle in, was promptly greeted, and was checked in by Service Advisor Norbert Bajder. He was great and explained all the work needed. Walked across the street for cup of coffee and did some work on my computer for a couple hours, then was called by Norbert about the work being completed and my vehicle was ready for pickup. Actually cost less than what I first thought, and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely go back to this dealer for my servicing and vehicle needs. More
