I purchased a 3rd party warranty through the dealership to get my key fobs replaced. When I went on to have them replaced, the service advisor told me that the company offering the warranty wasn't willing to get my key fobs replaced. When I went on to have them replaced, the service advisor told me that the company offering the warranty wasn't willing to pay the hourly rate that the dealership charges for this service. Why the xxxx am I purchasing something through the dealership that cannot even be used because of labor charge discrepancies. This should not be sold or offered to clients if it cannot be redeemed. Just the lack of communication was not professional. My car was not touched until I will physically go in to ask what’s going on. They kept it one more week while I’m paying for car rental.
