Worse dodge dealer ever I've been dealing with them for 4 year and 3 different managers and I went in for a oil change on my 2012 charger and left with a smoking A/c went bac I've been dealing with them for 4 year and 3 different managers and I went in for a oil change on my 2012 charger and left with a smoking A/c went back and they fixed it only to have my radiator and engine blow out two weeks later. Then to make things even worse they cancel my powertan warranty and say I went outside the network when they're the only ones to work on my car ever. Disgusting attitudes and they are unprofessional . See you in court. More

These days, Scott Robinson Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is the only place I bring my vehicles for service and repairs. I received an airbag recall in the mail on Saturday, May 13th. On Monday May 15th I contacted Cesar Arizmendi. He completely accommodated my busy schedule to get the job done for me on Thursday May 18th. I arrived for my appointment as scheduled. Cesar arranged for me to have a ride to my office. Also, as agreed, when the project was completed, and as promised, Cesar contacted me and arranged for me to be picked up and driven to the dealership. In addition to overseeing completion of this task, Cesar also had one of the tech's glue the badge back onto the grille of my truck for me and didn't charge me. This gesture and "extra" care may seem small to some, but it is huge to me. It is this kind of care that keeps me coming back to Scott Robinson. Cesar always makes me feel like I am his only customer. I also continue to recommend customers to Scott Robinson. Cesar is a big part of that. So you know, I had the privilege of working for Lithia Chrysler Jeep of Reno when I was a resident of northern Nevada. I learned a lot about the car business, especially what service writers are challenged with every day. People aren't usually very happy when they visit the service department and once in a while can get rather "testy". A good service writer recognizes this as an opportunity of turning a frown into a smile. That is not always as easy as it sounds. Cesar makes it look easy. He is a "diamond".
