Horrible customer service I gave scott select some time to right their wrong before writing a review. I dont have a whole lot of time on my hands, but i figured I would take so I gave scott select some time to right their wrong before writing a review. I dont have a whole lot of time on my hands, but i figured I would take some time to share my experience. I was in a bit of a time crunch when I went shopping for my honda odyssey, I was due with my 3rd child and needed a van to fit all my children. We had also just purchased our first home. Needless to say I went to the car dealership stressed out, huge and less informed about the car buying process than I should have been. I went into the process looking for a vehicle around $10000 assuming my payments would be lower, not realizing that no finance company wants to finance a older vehicle, which I later found out meant sky high interest rates. Scott select never explained this to me. When I finally picked out a van they said they would find someone to finance it...about 8 HARD credit inquiries later they found one...as you can imagine this hurt my credit score. When I called before we came in to ask about the loan joseph couldn't tell me anything about it or what my payments would be. I came in to purchase the van knowing nothing about my payments. When I brought the van home I also realized it was very poorly cleaned and had a scratch (I was looking at this vehicle in the dark) with how my husband's schedule ran. I want to add that they offered a terrible amount for my trade in honda accord, I would have been better off going to webuyanycar.Com. The loan consultant at Scott select had told me I could refinance the van at a lower rate down the road, which was a lie...I later found out that this almost 10 year old van is not able to be refiannced. I emailed the sales man about this 6 months down the road and no one emailed me back. I finally sent another email and recieved a phone call. They offered to trade in my van at a depreciated value and said I could roll the remainder of the loan into my payment for a newer van. So basically I would still be paying on the vehicle I felt ripped off on? Moral to the story, don't trust this dealer and make sure you have a loan set up ahead of time or else they will wreck your credit. More

Their Prices were the best I saw in 3-4 different county's. Family will continue to be repeat customers. More

I started my search online for a used truck. I was very busy at work and didn't have a lot of time to physically shop the dealerships! Rob described the truck and told me it was in great shape.I was looking to spend a certain amount of money and didn't want to waste time haggling or going to the lot and find a truck that wasn't as described ! I explained this to Rob and he wasn't pushy! Instead he was very helpful and understanding of my situation. Rob and Josh made the deal meet my needs! All I had to do was give the truck a test drive and sign the papers! No unwelcome surprises !!! I'm happy to say the Dodge Ram is in my driveway and was everything Rob told me it was and more !!!! I am on disability and my income is what's considered below the poverty level. I was in need of a good quality used car and I only got turned down by dealer after dealer who said my income was not enoug below the poverty level. I was in need of a good quality used car and I only got turned down by dealer after dealer who said my income was not enough to be approved for a loan. Rob Gill at Scott Select was a God send to me. He and his co-workers worked diligently to get me approved and they did. I will recommend them to everybody I know looking for a good used car. I sincerely could not stop thanking them enough. I came in with only my old car to trade in and only a small amount to put down and even after several banks turned them down, they were persistent and thank God they were able to get me approved for a low interest loan. I can't say enough good things about them. Scott Select is a gem that more people should discover. Thank you again Mr. Rob! Thank you so much! God will bless you! More
