Peggy, as discussed, the vehicle was in working condition and no lights were on at delivery. This vehicle was also offered, accepted, and sold to buyer as an "as-is" vehicle with no dealer implied warranty. We did offer to diagnose the vehicle, but cost would be incurred by customer. You never offered to diagnose this vehicle all you said after I told you what the sales person said that all leaks were repaired you told me all y’all do to a used vehicle is check safety on used and there is a safety issue with this vehicle service track lights are now on, any dealer can shut warning lights off Before a sale.
