I was searching for a Cadillac XLR for my wife (as a surprise) when she returned from a missions trip with our church. I searched online for a few days and found one at Scottsdale Ferrari in Scottsdale, AZ. I called the dealership and was transferred to Lonnie. He told me about the car and when he couldn't answer all my questions agreed to call me back with more details. He called back a half hour later and was able to give me a bit more detail (nice). I thought about it for another day and then called Lonnie to find out how to buy it seeing as I live in CA. He helped me with all the information needed to purchase the car (sent all documents and wire transfer info overnight) and then arranged to have the car ready for my brother to pick up for me and drive it to CA. I really didn't think I was going to be able to pull off this surprise, seeing as I was working on such a tight timeline. I think if I had tried this at another dealer it probably wouldn't have worked out as well. My brother really enjoyed driving the car to CA for me, I was able to surprise my wife when she returned home, and she absolutely loves the car! Thanks again Lonnie - I will probably be looking for another car in a couple of years and I will certainly look you up first. More

Why did I give all 5's? Let me tell you. I was greeted by Chris Pauken, pleasantly and enthusiastically. Just what I expected from a Ferrari Dealer. I test drove the cars I was interested in. Not just by Chris Pauken, pleasantly and enthusiastically. Just what I expected from a Ferrari Dealer. I test drove the cars I was interested in. Not just around the block but on some roads that would allow me to experience the Ferrari spirit. Long story short. I bough a 458 Italia from Chris, because he made not only the driving experience soul stirring but with his knowledge and expertise of each model, my soul was stirred listening to him explain the car and its nuances. Chris then made the purchase uneventful once he found out how I wanted to make the purchase. The car was prepared for me, as I was out of town, and delivered when I arrived as promised. Then that evening Chris came to the local car gathering in my area, to see how I was getting along, and to further explain some of the interesting workings of the gadgets on the 458. I have had several followup contacts from him, never about business but inquiring as to my enjoyment and experiences driving my new 458. I would recommend that if you have interest a Ferrari, no matter your location, call Chris. Heck, he even made a video clip of my car for me while I was out of town. To be honest you do not find this type of care and concern for your experience much anymore. You will not regret it as he exhibits the same spirit, at the same level, as the cars he sells. Dealing with Lonnie turined out to be a great car buying adventure, with no suprises along the way. The car is beautiful and is in great mechanical condition. They handled all of the paperwork with little to no hassle for me. I would not hesitate to send a friend or family member to these guys for a car purchase. We’d spent the last several days car shopping and ended up at Scottsdale Ferrari. I must say that I was extremely pleased with the purchase of my Audi truck. The service was exceptional! When I drove up up at Scottsdale Ferrari. I must say that I was extremely pleased with the purchase of my Audi truck. The service was exceptional! When I drove up to the dealership Dan was helping another client but walked out to greet me and asked if I wanted to see the inside of the truck. I opened the car and started it for me and once he finished with his other client we went on a test drive. I did not have to wait long for him to finish with his other client. After test driving several vehicles, I told Dan that I need to sleep on my decision. He did not pressure me or ask for my number, he just gave me his card and told me to call once I made my decision. I called Dan the following day and told him that I wanted to go with the Audi and that I was already approved at another dealer and gave him the name of the bank. He did not shop my deal, he called the bank and they told him that I was already approved and they would work this deal. This was on Friday!! I did everything over the phone and Dan said that he would call me once he heard back from the bank. Dan followed up on Friday evening to let me know he would call in the morning once everything was finalized. Dan was a man of his word, on Saturday morning I heard from him and he said he would have everything ready within an hour. Once I got to the dealership, Dan had the vehicle up front with the temp tag ready to go! He took me over to meet with Jay to do my paperwork which took less then 30 mins. I was amazed with the service and the short amount of time it took to do the paperwork. Jay was professional and organized. He was also training Megan but did everything in a timely manner. I must say these guys were great and more then exceeded my expectations of purchasing a vehicle. I will recommend everyone I know to these guys because of the service, care and professionalism.
