I spotted something I was not expecting to see at the store and not what I was planning on. Chris offered a test drive although the car literally physically did not work out for me. It was nice to get proper human treatment without feeling I was in a LV store with flipflops on. More

In August 2009, my family and I were on vacation in Phoenix. The highlight of the vacation was to visit Scottsdale Ferrari. Our son, Ronnie Horak II has always been interested in a Ferrari’s, so we sto Phoenix. The highlight of the vacation was to visit Scottsdale Ferrari. Our son, Ronnie Horak II has always been interested in a Ferrari’s, so we stopped by the dealership. Chris Pauken was very gracious and took us on a tour of the dealership. He spent several hours educating all of us on the Ferrari 360 and the Ferrari history. Chris introduced Ronnie to a real Ferrari 360 Modena, which he had in inventory. That was all it took! He is responsible for Ronnie's passion for the Ferrari 360 Modena. In 2010, Ronnie eventually bought a 360 locally. In March 2012 he returned to Chris for his Maserati. A very smooth and impressive transaction including an Ohio delivery. The car is outstanding. Chris exceeded our expectations again! Chris did not have to take the time he did to welcome us to Scottsdale Ferrari in 2009, but he did. I am grateful for his effort. Respectfully, Ronald Horak More

Me my dad and my broter were visiting Scottsdale, and we were there because my dad comes down to scottsdale occaionaly, for business. I'm not going to lie, the people there were very, very nice. They treated us extremely well even though we werent in the market for a Ferrari. They were absolutely fine with us walking around taking pictures of the cars. The gift shop prices are suprisingly cheap if you are looking for a Ferrari souvenir. We will never forget our expeirience at Scottsdale Ferrari. More

An aging Land Rover Discovery that couldn't hold my three children for long trips (no center seat shoulder harness). The dealership had the right car that I was looking for with the options I wanted. We went through the price negotiations quickly without any drama. Chris also negotiated a very fair price for my trade. The Discovery was in good shape so the finance person was looking to buy it for her dad as a 4-wheeler for him. (Better than hearing it would go to auction or crushed) When I came to pick up the Range Rover with my son. Chris let my 11 year old sit in the Ferrari F438 of his dreams. For my son it was much better than watching the car on Top Gear or on his X-Box. He now has a goal to work toward. Chris is great salesman who knows his products and the store inventory very well and makes the car purchase a simple and straight forward transaction. I would work with him anytime. More

I was searching for a Cadillac XLR for my wife (as a surprise) when she returned from a missions trip with our church. I searched online for a few days and found one at Scottsdale Ferrari in Scottsdale, AZ. I called the dealership and was transferred to Lonnie. He told me about the car and when he couldn't answer all my questions agreed to call me back with more details. He called back a half hour later and was able to give me a bit more detail (nice). I thought about it for another day and then called Lonnie to find out how to buy it seeing as I live in CA. He helped me with all the information needed to purchase the car (sent all documents and wire transfer info overnight) and then arranged to have the car ready for my brother to pick up for me and drive it to CA. I really didn't think I was going to be able to pull off this surprise, seeing as I was working on such a tight timeline. I think if I had tried this at another dealer it probably wouldn't have worked out as well. My brother really enjoyed driving the car to CA for me, I was able to surprise my wife when she returned home, and she absolutely loves the car! Thanks again Lonnie - I will probably be looking for another car in a couple of years and I will certainly look you up first. More
