Chad and Jay were super at making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. No hard sell from them and they were very responsive with any questions I had. They took care of all the details and walked me through the entire procedure for getting the car inspected, shipped, and registered in my home state. They were very friendly and accommodating and did everything possible to make sure I was happy throughout my purchase. I even requested extra options on top (a clear bra treatment), and it was done flawlessly for a fair price. I was moving from overseas back to Washington DC and did not have time to pick up my car and Jay arranged shipment of it via enclosed truck. All of the necessary paperwork to complete the purchase was sent to me overseas via FedEx with clear and concise instructions as to how the forms had to be completed. Scottsdale Ferrari Maserati made shipping arrangements, handled the temporary registration, and kept in contact with me each step of the way that created a positive comfort factor. Gary did a very accurate job and based on his description,I decided to see the car for myself.Gary picked me up @ the airport, in the 911,and then spent plenty of time on a test drive with me.I was happy to see the car was just as Gary had described it and I felt that their was no high pressure sales pitch and that the price we agreed upon was very fair given all factors regarding the car.
