I had a great experience working with Carlos at Scottsdale Mitsubishi. Even though I didn’t end up purchasing the vehicle, it had nothing to do with his effort or professionalism — it just wasn’t t Scottsdale Mitsubishi. Even though I didn’t end up purchasing the vehicle, it had nothing to do with his effort or professionalism — it just wasn’t the right fit for me at this time. Carlos was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car rather than just trying to make a sale. He answered all my questions, took photos and video, was transparent throughout the process, and made everything feel low-pressure and comfortable. That’s rare and very appreciated.
