Absolutely do not recommend. Capital One is assuming they are a reputable dealer, but they are anything but. You’re pre approved … Not , but if you have good credit we’ll take advantage of you. Luckily for me my credit is questionable… but I see you and what you are doing. I reported you to the Federal Trade Commission. I also will be contacting Capital One… They tried to help me once from people like you… this time I understand. More

I've never experienced suck a lack of character. Sales reps pretending to be managers, lying about the details of the vehicle, saying one thing over the phone and another when I showed up in person. An incredible amount of foolishness, that resulted in the purchase being unwound. The only thing worse than the car they tried to sell me were the people trying to sell it. Like everyone else, I'm not a big fan of buying a car, as it typically takes forever. I pulled into Mark Mitsubishi and they have a tremendous inventory. Nobody came running out to pester me which was refreshing! When I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a handshake from the manager. He introduced me to Nico, and I'm glad he did! Nico new the large inventory very well and brought me straight to several cars that suited my needs! Each car he suggested would have worked but one stood out from the rest. Nico made the buying process quick and easy and I will definitely be coming back because of him! I highly recommend Nico as your sales professional for his knowledge and professionalism, as well as this dealership for their level of courtesy and inventory. More

0 stars. Asked for pictures for a used car and never received them. Website has 2 different exterior colors listed and no pictures . I was able to confirm the Asked for pictures for a used car and never received them. Website has 2 different exterior colors listed and no pictures . I was able to confirm the dealership still had the vehicle and asked if it was a clean car. Dominic the sales rep claimed the car was clean and that he took the car in on trade himself. He never sent pictures upon request. After arranging child car and driving 45 minutes under the impression it was a clean car we discovered it was not. Dominic asked if the Sentra was the only car we were interested in as we walked a ways away from the building. We found out why upon looking at the car. There was significant paint damage on the front and rear bumpers along with a hood that was keyed. Explains why no one was willing to send pictures. it was scam move to get us to the dealership. Very unethical practice. $9999 list price with a car that was looking at over $5000 in body repairs. The carfax did not reflect to true condition and the dealership did not reflect the true condition. Very unethical practice and behavior. Dominic questioned why I called it slime getting us there the way he did. He made sure to tell us we came of our own free will as we walked away. Unacceptable More
