Great Experience! I am someone who doesn't know much about cars. I went to this dealership with an idea of what I was looking for and I shared those ideas with salesma I am someone who doesn't know much about cars. I went to this dealership with an idea of what I was looking for and I shared those ideas with salesman, Mike McConkey. Mike was beyond helpful. The moment I expressed what I was looking for he knew exactly which car would fit my needs. It is clear he has an extensive knowledge of the dealerships inventory and was able to tell me why the car I got would be better than others offered (based on my requests). He was extremely friendly and helped make a situation that I'm unfamiliar with better. He was able to help with everything from the car to understanding the financial aspect of it (difference of owning and leasing). I wrote an email to Scranton Dodge about info on a used Compass. Rich was very quick to call me about the email. He showed me the vehicle I wanted to see, along with a few others he thought I might like, but I never felt pressured to buy, or that I was wasting his time with all my questions. He would simply say, "think about it, and I'm here for anything you need." I told him what price I wanted to pay and we went over a few options in order to meet my wants. Rich always got back to my calls and texts very quickly and had an answer, or would get an answer for me. Even a week after selling me my brand new compass, at a price very close to what I wanted, he's still quick to answer my call/text and help any way he can! I have bought a couple of cars before, but this was by far the easiest, no pressure, pleasant experience I EVER had! All of the staff at Scranton Dodge was very nice to me, everyone always smiled and said hello, even those not dealing with my business. I am beyond happy with my experience, the staff and especially Rich at Scranton Dodge. More
