Kevin sold us our last Grand Cherokee in 2010 and the fact that he remembered several details surrounding that purchase really impressed us. It meant he cared about his customers enough to remember us after we left the showroom. Also Kevin called us a few times after the purchase to be sure everything was going well and we were happy with our Grand Cherokee.
