we have bought 6 vehicles from the dealership, one new dodge ram 1500, used ram 1500, 2 used grand cherokees,jeep liberty and a jeep patriot and cannot say enough about the sales end of the dealership, Ra dodge ram 1500, used ram 1500, 2 used grand cherokees,jeep liberty and a jeep patriot and cannot say enough about the sales end of the dealership, Ray needs to be commended for his excellent sales team. Mike May was our first sales consultant and was a great salesman, always putting the customers needs as his first priority, when Mike accepted a new position as finance manager Kevin Moylan became our sales consultant and he as well goes above our expectations to provide myself and my family with the ultimate in customer service. Being in sales myself I understand the process and how important customer satisfaction is, obviously we are very happy with Scranton Dodge and its sales staff. But I would like to offer an area where this dealership can improve, that is the service manager, I drive a town and country minivan for work, it's a company owned vehicle leased through wheels, the service manager was very unprofessional and rude to me in my dealing with him, anytime I need service I go through my sales person to deal with this individual, and if they did not do the job that they do I would take my business elsewhere. Again I can't say enough about the sales part of the dealership but the service end should go through a customer relations course. Thank you. More

I am a loyal Jeep buyer from Scranton Dodge. I have purchased 4 Jeeps (2003 Liberty, 2 Laredos -07, 08, and my current Patriot). I will continue to purchase Jeeps from here for many reasons! First, t purchased 4 Jeeps (2003 Liberty, 2 Laredos -07, 08, and my current Patriot). I will continue to purchase Jeeps from here for many reasons! First, they are great to work with-so friendly and courteous. Second, they have good prices and always work with me to get the price point I need. Last, years ago I visited another are Jeep dealership and they were arrogant, rude, and didn't work with me at all! Therefore, the professional, friendly, "dealers" for sure got my business forever. Thank goodness the other Jepp place was so unprofessional, because I found the best years ago-Scanton! Also, it is so fabulous for when I need any work done-it's done asap, and I am given a car to use no hassle. Mike May was my original salesman, but now I work with Mike Mconkly (since Mike May had changed positions). However, the two of them work nicely together to get me what I need-when I need it and for the price I need. If you want a great Jeep dealership-it's Scranton Dodge. I will be sure to visit them again next year. I have never been so happy with my car- the Patriot is wonderful! I am very happy with the friendly, courteous, HONEST employees! More
