I can't say enough about this dealership. I was there a while back for service. There was a lot to be done so I knew I would be there for a while. When I finally spoke to service, they informed me that I needed more done than I had expected to my current vehicle. Kevin came and spoke to me and let me know that maybe it was time to upgrade my vehicle. I told him what I needed in a vehicle and that a lot of room was an issue. He then showed me a Chrysler Aspen and I fell in love with it. He then involved Ray Novak and they did everything humanly possible to make it affordable for me. Since then, I hear from Kevin frequently to check on myself, my family, and my vehicle. If ever I have a problem getting in for service, he manages to get me an appointment sooner. If he's not there, Ray is always more than willing to help. This dealership, especially Kevin and Ray, go above and beyond to make you feel at home. I would recommend them to anyone. More

Last, years ago I visited another are Jeep dealership and they were arrogant, rude, and didn't work with me at all! Therefore, the professional, friendly, "dealers" for sure got my business forever. Thank goodness the other Jepp place was so unprofessional, because I found the best years ago-Scanton! Also, it is so fabulous for when I need any work done-it's done asap, and I am given a car to use no hassle. Mike May was my original salesman, but now I work with Mike Mconkly (since Mike May had changed positions). However, the two of them work nicely together to get me what I need-when I need it and for the price I need. If you want a great Jeep dealership-it's Scranton Dodge.
