My battery was failing after 3!years of a 42 month non prorated battery installed by Scranton during a complicated issue in Jan. & Feb. of 2018. Overall experience was average. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and the price I was expecting to pay. The price negotiations was easy and fair for both the new truck and trade in. Sierra was my sales what I wanted and the price I was expecting to pay. The price negotiations was easy and fair for both the new truck and trade in. Sierra was my sales person. The negative part of my experience was the pressure I felt by the financial team. When someone says no for whatever reason, the staff should respect that answer and not keep pushing. I wouldn't recommend this dealership for that reason. Chris was the financial person I was dealing with, he seem knowledgeable but totally lost me with his pushy nature on everything that was an additional cost. It felt like he was just looking for more stuff to sell to me. More
