They where better than the last visit. Jeff needs to learn how to deal with customers better. The other issue is the temperature dropped and the tire pressure sensor on three of the tires were low, that learn how to deal with customers better. I was promptly greeted upon arrival and promptly checked in. I was only in for an oil change and tire rotation. It isn't a complaint, however, my car is usually vacuumed and washed and parked in the exit in. I was only in for an oil change and tire rotation. It isn't a complaint, however, my car is usually vacuumed and washed and parked in the exit service bay. The service department hadn't seemed extrataordinarily busy, therefore my sense of bewilderment.. The service advisor had to search for my car to drive it into the exit bay unwashed and unvacuumed. Nothing else was unusual on this visit. This wasnt the service to which I had been accustomed to at Scranton. More
