I bought multiple vehicles from this dealership, you used to have good service writers, now all they care about is the bottom line. This is my 3rd Cadillac from Scranton. No issues with any of them. I have had this one the longest by far. I had my grin brakes done in 2024 and after a few days I noticed a rubbing sound. No issues with any of them. I have had this one the longest by far. I had my grin brakes done in 2024 and after a few days I noticed a rubbing sound. I thought it was the from brakes and did not bring it back in. This year my tire pressure sensor went and I needed an oil change. I also requested that they check on the running sound. They called and told me that the sound was from the rear brakes and suggested I change the spark plugs as well. Also Cabin and Air filters. I passed on the Air filters but decided 10 years was a good time to change the Plugs. Agreed to the Rear Brakes even though it made no sense their explanation. If I have been hearing that noise sense they did the Front Brakes, but it was really the Rear Brakes, why didn't they tell me that when I had them do the from Brakes? This is the 1st time since 09 that I Austin the integrity of the Dealership in the Repair department. Now the cat runs fine, but I do not believe it was the Rear Brakes that were rubbing. Everyone else heard that noise in the front. That said, I do not see myself coming back again. More

Everything happened as it was supposed to. I Bought a 2021 GMC Canyon at Scranton motors with the very expensive GOLD warranty. When the truck needed a new AC compressor the warranty would only cover half the cost of the Compressor. I dropped t very expensive GOLD warranty. When the truck needed a new AC compressor the warranty would only cover half the cost of the Compressor. I dropped the truck off on Tuesday. It took 2 weeks to get the job completed. Very slow process getting the warranty work completed. Fortunately I had another vehicle for the 2 week AC repair. Hey I guess I’m lucky the warranty company DID cover most of the work. After all the horror stories I hear about them online! Just wish it was done in a more timely manor. More
