Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Jeff, my service coordinator did an excellent job of making me feel confident that I made the right choice picking Scranton Buick. Amanda is an exceptional service coordinator. Amanda was professional yet approachable, She had a smile in her voice and demonstrated a solid understanding of my GMC 3500 Duramax, the problems I described a professional yet approachable, She had a smile in her voice and demonstrated a solid understanding of my GMC 3500 Duramax, the problems I described and the dealership capabilities. I walked in without much confidence in a solution and walked out knowing I chose the right dealer. Amanda invited Scott, the senior mechanic who would be doing the work to talk with me and he too inspired confidence. He listened to my rant without looking at me like I was a nuisance and simply said “Sure, we can fix all that”. And I believed him. Amanda kept me apprised of the event along the way, and when I picked up the truck Scott was correct— everything was fixed! I will be bringing my 2002 3500 Duramax there soon. This one is going to give Scott a headache for sure! More
